Our doctor-led Care Teams help manage common illnesses, chronic conditions, and your overall health and well-being. This includes preventive healthcare, care navigation, behavioral health support, medication management, diabetes care support, and treatment minor injuries and illnesses2.

1Blue KC members enrolled in plans (without a Health Savings Account) with exclusive access to Spira Care will have no additional cost for any appointment or service provided at a Spira Care Center. Blue KC members enrolled in plans with a Health Savings Account or HSA Eligible with exclusive access to Spira Care will incur a predictable, flat fee for non-preventive medical appointments until the plan deductible is met. Preventive services are covered at 100 percent before and after meeting the deductible. Once the deductible has been met, appointments and services at Spira Care will be at no additional cost. For costs and further details of the coverage, including exclusions, any reductions or limitations and the terms under which the policy may be continued in force, see your insurance producer, or write Blue KC.
